BUSINESS ANALYST CONSULTANT POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices and story writing in Agile formats. The candidate should have previously run or contributed to discovery interviews and have experience working on a team developing APIs. This can be hybrid or fully remote.
Experience Required:
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices
- Experience with story writing in Agile formats
- Conducting or contributing to discovery interviews
- Working on a team developing APIs
- Additional experience in Loan Servicing or Loan Accounting
- Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA
- Previous work in Financial Services

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Visionary who can piece together the big picture
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage the product backlog
- Research and capture requirements for User Stories
- Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews
- Write acceptance criteria
- Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.)
- Serve as a proxy for the PO when needed
- Conduct QA testing as needed in preparation for moving to UAT
Certifications (Optional):
- CSPO
- SAFe certification
- ADO experience is a plus
