ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS ANALYST (D365 ERP) POSITION SUMMARY

Manage and optime the software applications and integrations within the organization to ensure seamless communication and efficient business processes. 

Ensuring that the technology ecosystem aligns with business objectives and operational goals. 


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Application Management
    • Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise applications, such as ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), CRM (Salesforce), and other business-critical systems. 
    • Ensure that applications are up-to-date and properly integrated with other systems. 
    • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, working closely with vendors if necessary.
  • Integration Development
    • Design, develop, and implement integrations between different software applications to enable data flow and process automation. 
    • Use middleware and integration tools to create seamless connections between various systems.
  • Data Management
    • Manage data quality and integrity within the enterprise applications.
    • Develop and implement data migration strategies when necessary.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Implement and enforce security measures to protect enterprise applications and integrations.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Develop and execute test plans for applications and integrations to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
    • Conduct and lead system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and integrations, including configurations, customizations, and workflows.
  • Support
    • Providing technical support to end-users and resolving issues related to enterprise applications and integrations.
    • Investigating and troubleshooting integration failures or discrepancies
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the successful implementation and operation of enterprise applications.
    • Monitoring the performance of integrated systems and identifying opportunities for optimization.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of existing applications and integrations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Engage with software vendors to understand product roadmaps, updates, and best practices.
    • Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts as needed.
